Jaclyn Gilbert Named President of Saxon Financial Group

After more than a decade of exceptional work, Jaclyn Gilbert has been promoted from Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer to President of Saxon Financial Group and we couldn’t be more proud to share this news with you.

Jaclyn Gilbert

Jaclyn joined SFG in 2013 and has been a cornerstone of everything we’ve built since. The systems we rely on, the relationships we’ve deepened, and the culture that sets our firm apart Jaclyn has had a hand in all of it.

This promotion isn’t a surprise to anyone who has worked alongside her or been served by her. Through every challenge and every opportunity, she has shown up with integrity, perseverance, and a genuine commitment to doing right by our clients.

This promotion is well deserved, and frankly, it’s a natural step in a journey that has been unfolding for a long time.

As Richard shared with our clients directly:

Jaclyn will continue to lead this firm with the heart and soul of a warrior—fierce in protecting our clients’ interests—but with the humility to serve in ways that set Saxon Financial Group apart. I could not be more confident in her leadership or more proud of the team we have built together.

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership. I’m as excited about our future as I have ever been, and I look forward to continuing this journey with each of you for many years ahead.”

For those wondering what this means for the firm Richard is not retiring. He remains fully engaged as CEO, focused on investment strategy, mentorship, and the client relationships he’s built over the years.

This is a moment of growth, not transition.

In Jaclyn’s own words:

It is with incredible pride and excitement that I write to you today as the new President of Saxon Financial Group.

Since beginning my career at SFG in 2013, I have had the privilege to serve in many roles, most recently as Chief Compliance and Operations Officer. Each chapter of this journey has deepened my gratitude for the trust you place in us and strengthened my commitment to our shared vision for the future.

Throughout the years, I have benefited greatly from Richard’s mentorship. His guidance has shaped my approach and inspired me to lead with care during this transition. Richard has shown me what it truly means to be an honorable steward of life and legacy: it is about patience, perseverance, and the resolve to stay the course.

While my title is changing, my dedication to you remains steadfast. My primary goal is to ensure you continue to receive the high level of care that originally brought you to Saxon. Our team has worked with heart and dedication to provide the best service possible, and we will continue to focus our efforts on improving your lives for the better.

Thank you for trusting me and letting me be part of your journey. It truly means the world to me. I can’t wait to keep working with you and celebrating many more successes together.

That says it better than we ever could.

We’re grateful for the trust you place in Saxon Financial Group, and we’re excited about what’s ahead for our team, and for the clients we are privileged to serve.
